How To Make Ground Beef and Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain any excess fat.

Add mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
