Ingredients

  • 1 small watermelon, sliced
  • Dukkah dip:
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a dry pan, toast the almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds until fragrant. Let them cool.

  2. Using a blender or mortar and pestle, roughly grind the toasted nuts and seeds with salt until you get a coarse texture.

  3. Arrange watermelon slices on a serving platter.

  4. Serve the watermelon slices with the homemade dukkah dip on the side.
