How To Make Watermelon with Dukkah Dip

- 1 small watermelon, sliced
- Dukkah dip:
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions

In a dry pan, toast the almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, and coriander seeds until fragrant. Let them cool.

Using a blender or mortar and pestle, roughly grind the toasted nuts and seeds with salt until you get a coarse texture.

Arrange watermelon slices on a serving platter.

Serve the watermelon slices with the homemade dukkah dip on the side.
