How To Make Tater Tot Taco Casserole Recipe

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.

Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato sauce, black beans, and corn to the skillet. Stir well to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.

Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.

Bake for 35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
