How To Make Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, brown sugar, ketchup, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
