Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, brown sugar, ketchup, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.

  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
