Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 8 sausages
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 8 long strips.

  3. Wrap each sausage with a strip of puff pastry, twisting it around to create a spiral shape. Place on the baking sheet.

  4. Brush the sausage rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  6. In the meantime, prepare the tomato dip by mixing tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  7. Serve the sausage roll twists hot with the tomato dip on the side.
