How To Make Herb & Spice Paneer Fritters

Ingredients
- 200g paneer, grated
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into small fritters using your hands or a spoon.

Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai over medium heat.

Carefully drop the fritters into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.

Remove the fritters from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
