How To Make No-Rise Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.

Roll out each dough ball into your desired thickness and shape, then transfer them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
