How To Make No-Rise Pizza Dough

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, and salt.

  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.

  4. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.

  6. Roll out each dough ball into your desired thickness and shape, then transfer them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Add your favorite pizza toppings and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
