  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a separate small bowl, mix melted butter and water.

  4. Add almonds to the butter mixture and toss until well coated.

  5. Gradually add the cinnamon-sugar mixture to the almonds, stirring well to ensure even coating.

  6. Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until almonds are golden brown and fragrant.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
