  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, eggs, melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Once well combined, pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
