  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Scoop batter evenly onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
