How To Make Quick Almond Flour Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and coat with butter or oil.

Pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the almond flour pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, maple syrup, or Greek yogurt.
