How To Make Marinated Chickpeas

- 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
