How To Make Basic Curried Roast Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.

Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown, stirring once halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
