Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.

  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown, stirring once halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
