- 2 cans (400g each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat dry the chickpeas using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.

Spread the seasoned chickpeas onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
