How To Make Skinny Carrot Fries
Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

- 5 large carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, toss the carrot strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the carrot strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the carrot fries are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
