Ingredients

  • 5 parsnips
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the parsnips so they resemble french fries.
  2. Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Toss the parsnips in this mixture.
  4. Bake the fries at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.

  5. Turn the fries after 10 minutes.
  6. Fries are done when they are crispy and golden brown.
