How To Make Crispy Turnip “Fries”
Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

Ingredients
- 4 large turnips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel and cut the turnips into long, thin strips.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the turnip strips and toss to coat evenly.

Spread the turnip strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the turnip “fries” are crispy and golden brown.
