How To Make Baked French Fries
Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.

Soak the potato strips in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry with a paper towel.

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper, until well coated.

Arrange the potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional salt, if desired.
