- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Lumpia wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
-
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
-
Place a lumpia wrapper on a flat surface and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the lower half of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom edge of the wrapper over the filling, then fold the sides inward, and roll tightly until the filling is enclosed. Use water or egg wash to seal the edges.
-
In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the lumpia until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
-
Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice (such as sweet chili sauce or vinegar with garlic).
