How To Make Lainy’s Lumpia Recipe
A crispy Filipino appetizer with savory filling wrapped in a spring roll wrapper.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 24 lumpia/spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, carrots, cabbage, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper.

Take one lumpia wrapper and place 1-2 tbsp of filling in the center.

Roll the wrapper tightly, tucking in the edges, and seal with water.

Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the lumpia until golden brown.

Drain excess oil using a paper towel.

Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or vinegar dipping sauce.
