How To Make Lainy’s Lumpia Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 24 lumpia/spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, carrots, cabbage, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper.

  2. Take one lumpia wrapper and place 1-2 tbsp of filling in the center.

  3. Roll the wrapper tightly, tucking in the edges, and seal with water.

  4. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the lumpia until golden brown.

  5. Drain excess oil using a paper towel.

  6. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or vinegar dipping sauce.
