How To Make Breaded Chicken Fingers

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Cooking oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken tenders for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Transfer the fried chicken tenders to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
