How To Make Feta-stuffed mushrooms with mustard slaw

Ingredients
- 16 large mushrooms
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the feta cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cabbage, carrot, and green onions to make the mustard slaw.
