Ingredients

  • 16 large white mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, feta cheese, tarragon, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and tarragon mixture.

  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden brown.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
