Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream of wheat (semolina)
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil.

  2. Gradually add the cream of wheat while stirring constantly.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge thickens.

  4. Stir in sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.

  5. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
