How To Make Budget Porridge

- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 4 cups of water
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- Optional toppings: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or dried fruits
Instructions

In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil.

Stir in the rolled oats and salt.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
