Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup minced jalapeño peppers
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, jalapeño peppers, cranberry sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.

  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

  6. Serve hot as an appetizer or with rice or noodles for a main dish.
