Ingredients

  • 1 cup corned beef, shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corned beef, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  6. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
