How To Make Prawn Cocktail Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups (120 g) mixed lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) cocktail sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (40 g) diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup (40 g) diced red onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the cocktail sauce, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well to make the dressing.

In a separate bowl, toss the prawns, diced cucumber, and diced red onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Place a bed of mixed lettuce leaves on each serving plate.

Spoon the prawn mixture over the lettuce.

Drizzle the dressing over the prawns and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
