How To Make Prawn Filo Wraps

Ingredients

  • 12 large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 8 sheets of filo pastry
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Lay out one sheet of filo pastry and brush it with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with butter again. Repeat until you have 4 layers of filo pastry.

  3. Cut the pastry into 4 equal squares.

  4. Place a prawn diagonally on each square and fold the corners over the prawn, creating a triangular shape.

  5. Brush the tops of the wraps with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  6. Place the wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
