How To Make Honey Mustard Cocktail Sausages (Mini Toad-in-the-Holes)

Ingredients
- 12 cocktail sausages
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 3 tbsp honey mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 equal-sized squares.

Place a cocktail sausage in the center of each square and brush the edges with honey mustard.

Fold the edges of the pastry over the sausage, sealing it tightly.

Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with additional honey mustard for dipping.
