Ingredients

  • 1 pound of prawns, cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to make the cocktail sauce.

  2. Cut the prawns into bite-sized pieces and add them to the cocktail sauce. Mix well to coat the prawns.

  3. Place a lettuce leaf in each serving cup or glass.

  4. Spoon the prawn cocktail mixture into the lettuce cups.

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley.

  6. Serve chilled as an appetizer.
