- 8 slices of ham
- 2 tbsp stem ginger, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay the ham slices on the prepared baking sheet.
