  • 2 tbsp stem ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Lay the ham slices on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped stem ginger, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, and black pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over each ham slice.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the ham is crispy and the topping is golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
