  • 4 preserved lemons
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice the preserved lemons into thin rounds.

  2. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl.

  3. Add the sliced preserved lemons and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
