- 4 preserved lemons
- 4 tomatoes
- 200g feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions

Slice the preserved lemons into thin rounds.
