How To Make Brie & Cranberry Twists

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
- 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small slices
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the sheet of puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.

Cut the puff pastry into 8 equal rectangles.

Place a slice of Brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce onto each rectangle.

Fold the puff pastry in half over the filling and press the edges to seal.

Twist each filled pastry strip gently to create a spiral shape.

Place the twists onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the twists with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
