How To Make Bacon Nachos with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 strips of bacon
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of guacamole
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chips.

Bake the chips in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top the chips with the cooked bacon, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.

Return the baking sheet to the oven for about 5 more minutes or until everything is heated through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Serve the bacon nachos with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
