- 8 ounces of baked tortilla chips
- 1 cup of reduced-fat shredded cheese
- 1 cup of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- Salsa and light sour cream, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chips.

Scatter the black beans, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos over the cheese.
