How To Make Sausage and Sage Stuffing Recipe
Classic stuffing with sausage and sage, perfect for holiday dinners.

Ingredients
- 6 cups of bread cubes
- 1/2 pound of Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh sage
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown sausage in a pan over medium-high heat, then remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté onions and celery until softened.

In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cooked sausage, onion and celery mixture, sage, parsley, broth, and eggs.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
