Ingredients

  • 4 Toulouse sausages
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal rectangles.

  3. Spread Dijon mustard on each rectangle.

  4. Place a Toulouse sausage on each rectangle and roll it up tightly.

  5. Brush the sausage rolls with beaten egg, ensuring they are fully coated.

  6. Place the sausage rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crispy.

  8. Serve the Toulouse sausage rolls warm and enjoy!
