How To Make Whole Grain Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole grain flour
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.

  2. Dissolve yeast and honey in lukewarm water and add to the flour mixture.

  3. Mix until a dough is formed.

  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and let it rest for another 30 minutes.

  6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  7. Brush the loaf with olive oil and bake for 40 minutes.

  8. Let it cool before serving.
