How To Make Whole Grain Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of whole grain flour
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of active dry yeast
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.

Dissolve yeast and honey in lukewarm water and add to the flour mixture.

Mix until a dough is formed.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Shape the dough into a loaf and let it rest for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Brush the loaf with olive oil and bake for 40 minutes.
