How To Make Whole Grain Blueberry Pancakes

Fluffy and delicious pancakes made with whole grain flour and fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole grain flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg and honey together. Add milk and mix well.

  3. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.

  4. Fold in blueberries.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  6. Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour batter onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  7. Serve with additional blueberries and maple syrup.
