How To Make Water Chestnut and Cashew Stir Fry Recipe

A crunchy and nutty stir-fry dish.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 can of water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 cup of roasted cashews
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet.

  2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Add sliced water chestnuts and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add roasted cashews, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
