- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 large beet, cooked and diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water to adjust consistency

In a food processor, blend together chickpeas, beet, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and olive oil until smooth.
