- 4 medium beets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).

Peel the beets and thinly slice them using a mandolin or a sharp knife.

In a bowl, toss the beet slices with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until coated.

Arrange the beet slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 4-6 hours, or until the beet slices are crispy and dehydrated.
