  • 4 medium beets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).

  2. Peel the beets and thinly slice them using a mandolin or a sharp knife.

  3. In a bowl, toss the beet slices with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until coated.

  4. Arrange the beet slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-6 hours, or until the beet slices are crispy and dehydrated.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
