How To Make Savannah Seafood Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

  2. Add the crab meat and shrimp to the skillet and cook until cooked through, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the breadcrumbs, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  5. Transfer the seafood stuffing mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

  7. Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite seafood.
