How To Make Savannah Smile Lemon Pepper Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together lemon zest, black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and thyme.

  3. Rub olive oil on each salmon fillet, front and back.

  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over each fillet.

  5. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked to desired doneness.
