How To Make Champorado

Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a pot, combine the glutinous rice and water. Bring to a boil and let it cook until the rice is soft and fully cooked.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt with a little water to make a smooth paste.

Pour the cocoa mixture into the pot with the cooked rice. Stir well until the mixture thickens and reaches a porridge consistency.

Add the evaporated milk and condensed milk. Stir until well combined.
