  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.

  2. In a food processor, blend together the avocado, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Add the water and continue to blend until the desired consistency is reached.

  4. Transfer the dressing to a jar or container and keep in the fridge until ready to use.
