  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • For the honey-lime dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
