How To Make Chicken Fajitas with Avocado & Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Return chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Warm tortillas according to package instructions.

Assemble the fajitas by placing chicken and vegetable mixture onto each tortilla. Top with sliced avocado and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serve with lime wedges on the side.
