How To Make Vodka Sauce Recipe
A creamy and rich tomato sauce with a subtle kick of vodka, perfect for pasta dishes.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb pasta
Instructions

In a large saucepan, heat vodka over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble.

Add in crushed tomatoes and minced garlic, stirring occasionally until it starts to simmer.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce becomes creamy, about 10-15 minutes.

In the meantime, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the sauce, tossing to coat.

Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
