Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb pasta

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat vodka over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble.

  2. Add in crushed tomatoes and minced garlic, stirring occasionally until it starts to simmer.

  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce becomes creamy, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. In the meantime, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the sauce, tossing to coat.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
